Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by OptiGames ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access our services.

Services Provided

OptiGames provides PC optimization services intended to improve system performance, particularly for gaming. Services may include, but are not limited to:

• System configuration and optimization
• Software and driver adjustments
• Windows configuration changes
• Performance tuning and troubleshooting

All services are provided remotely unless otherwise stated.

User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Meet the requirements associated with your purchase before services begin
• Back up all important data before services begin
• Follow instructions provided during and after the optimization

Payment Terms

• All payments must be made in full upfront
• Prices are listed in USD
• Services are non-transferable
• All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our services, refunds are not available once the optimization process has begun.

Scheduling & Cancellations

• Sessions must be scheduled in advance
• Clients are provided a 10-minute grace period after the scheduled appointment time
• If the Client does not attend or make contact within the 10-minute grace period, the appointment is considered a missed appointment / no-show
• Missed appointments or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the service and/or require a $20 rescheduling fee to book a new session
• If a Client cancels an appointment without reasonable notice (defined as at least 8 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time), a $20 rescheduling fee will apply
• We reserve the right to reschedule due to technical issues or unforeseen circumstances.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of OptiGames are proprietary and may not be copied, distributed, or resold without written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding specific performance improvements, as results may vary based on hardware, software, and other factors beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OptiGames shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted through our services by any third party
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the services

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
